11Adolygu gweithrediad y Ddeddf

Rhaid i Weinidogion Cymru, dim hwyrach na’r cyfnod o 5 mlynedd sy’n dechrau yn union ar ôl diwedd y cyfnod a grybwyllir yn adran 4(6)(a), gynnal adolygiad o weithrediad y Ddeddf hon, gyda’r nod penodol o asesu pa mor llwyddiannus y bu wrth sicrhau llwybrau teithio llesol a chyfleusterau cysylltiedig newydd a gwella’r llwybrau teithio llesol a chyfleusterau cysylltiedig presennol.

12Cyfarwyddiadau a chanllawiau

(1)Caniateir i unrhyw gyfarwyddiadau neu ganllawiau a roddir o dan y Ddeddf hon gan Weinidogion Cymru gael eu hamrywio neu eu dirymu ganddynt.

(2)Wrth roi (neu amrywio neu ddirymu) cyfarwyddiadau neu ganllawiau o dan y Ddeddf hon rhaid i Weinidogion Cymru roi sylw i ddymunoldeb—

(a)hyrwyddo teithiau teithio llesol, a

(b)sicrhau llwybrau teithio llesol newydd a’r cyfleusterau cysylltiedig a gwelliannau i’r llwybrau teithio llesol presennol a’r cyfleusterau cysylltiedig.

13Dehongli

Yn y Ddeddf hon—

  • ystyr “awdurdod lleol” (“local authority”) yw cyngor sir neu gyngor bwrdeistref sirol yng Nghymru;

  • ystyr “blwyddyn ariannol” (“financial year”) yw’r cyfnod o 12 mis sy’n dod i ben ar 31 Mawrth;

  • mae i “cerddwyr a beicwyr” (“walkers and cyclists”) yr ystyr a roddir gan adran 2(3);

  • mae “cyfleusterau cysylltiedig” (“related facilities”) i’w ddehongli yn unol ag adran 2(8) a (9);

  • mae i “dynodedig” (“designated”) yr ystyr a roddir gan adran 2(4);

  • mae i “llwybr teithio llesol” (“active travel route”) yr ystyr a roddir gan adran 2(1);

  • mae i “map llwybrau presennol” (“existing routes map”) yr ystyr a roddir gan adran 3(2);

  • mae i “map rhwydwaith integredig” (“integrated network map”) yr ystyr a roddir gan adran 4(2);

  • mae i “taith teithio llesol” (“active travel journey”) yr ystyr a roddir gan adran 2(7).

14Cychwyn

(1)Daw adrannau 3 i 11 i rym yn unol â darpariaeth a wneir gan Weinidogion Cymru drwy orchymyn a wneir drwy offeryn statudol.

(2)Daw darpariaethau eraill y Ddeddf hon i rym drannoeth y diwrnod y mae’r Ddeddf hon yn cael Cydsyniad Brenhinol.

15Enw byr

Enw byr y Ddeddf hon yw Deddf Teithio Llesol (Cymru) 2013.
