Mae’r Ddeddf hon yn gwneud darpariaeth—

(a)ar gyfer mapiau a gymeradwyir o lwybrau teithio llesol presennol a’r cyfleusterau cysylltiedig mewn ardal awdurdod lleol,

(b)ar gyfer mapiau rhwydwaith integredig a gymeradwyir o’r llwybrau teithio llesol newydd a gwell a’r cyfleusterau cysylltiedig y mae eu hangen i greu rhwydweithiau integredig o lwybrau teithio llesol a chyfleusterau cysylltiedig mewn ardal awdurdod lleol,

(c)sy’n ei gwneud yn ofynnol i awdurdodau lleol roi sylw i fapiau rhwydwaith integredig wrth lunio polisïau trafnidiaeth ac i sicrhau bod llwybrau teithio llesol a chyfleusterau cysylltiedig newydd a gwell,

(d)sy’n ei gwneud yn ofynnol i Weinidogion Cymru adrodd ar deithio llesol yng Nghymru,

(e)sy’n ei gwneud yn ofynnol i Weinidogion Cymru ac awdurdodau lleol, wrth gyflawni swyddogaethau o dan Ddeddf Priffyrdd 1980, gymryd camau rhesymol i wella’r ddarpariaeth a wneir ar gyfer cerddwyr a beicwyr a rhoi sylw i anghenion cerddwyr a beicwyr wrth arfer swyddogaethau penodol eraill, ac

(f)sy’n ei gwneud yn ofynnol i Weinidogion Cymru ac awdurdodau lleol arfer eu swyddogaethau o dan y Ddeddf er mwyn hyrwyddo teithiau teithio llesol a sicrhau llwybrau teithio llesol a chyfleusterau cysylltiedig newydd a gwell.
