167Adnoddau ar gyfer trefniadau partneriaeth

(1)Caiff awdurdod lleol a Bwrdd Iechyd Lleol dalu tuag at y gwariant a dynnir at ddibenion trefniadau partneriaeth a wneir o dan reoliadau o dan adran 166 neu a dynnir yn gysylltiedig â’r trefniadau hynny—
(a)drwy wneud taliadau’n uniongyrchol, neu
(b)drwy gyfrannu at gronfa gyfun.
(2)Caiff awdurdod lleol a Bwrdd Iechyd Lleol ddarparu staff, nwyddau, gwasanaethau, llety neu adnoddau eraill at ddibenion trefniadau partneriaeth neu’n gysylltiedig â’r trefniadau hynny.
(3)Caiff rheoliadau wneud darpariaeth bellach ynghylch cyllido trefniadau partneriaeth, gan gynnwys (ymhlith pethau eraill) darpariaeth—
(a)sy’n ei gwneud yn ofynnol bod awdurdod lleol neu Fwrdd Iechyd Lleol yn sefydlu ac yn cynnal cronfa gyfun;
(b)ar gyfer dyfarnu swm y cyfraniadau sydd i’w gwneud gan awdurdod lleol neu Fwrdd Iechyd Lleol i gronfa gyfun;
(c)ynghylch gwariant ar gyfer swyddi neu gategorïau o swyddi a sefydlir at ddiben trefniadau partneriaeth neu’n gysylltiedig â’r trefniadau hynny;
(d)ynghylch gwariant ar gyfer gwasanaethau a ddarperir yn unol â threfniadau partneriaeth;
(e)ynghylch gwariant ar gyfer gweinyddu trefniadau partneriaeth;
(f)ynghylch gwariant at unrhyw ddiben arall sy’n gysylltiedig â threfniadau partneriaeth.
(4)Yn yr adran hon ystyr “cronfa gyfun” yw cronfa a sefydlwyd ac a gynhaliwyd gan awdurdod lleol neu Fwrdd Iechyd Lleol, y caniateir i daliadau gael eu tynnu ohoni tuag at y gwariant a dynnir at ddibenion trefniadau partneriaeth neu’n gysylltiedig â’r trefniadau hynny.
