133Taliadau pellach

(1)Os oes taliad setlo wedi ei wneud mewn perthynas ag awdurdod tai lleol, caiff Gweinidogion Cymru, o bryd i’w gilydd, ddyfarnu bod yn rhaid gwneud taliad pellach a gyfrifir yn unol â’r dyfarniad—

(a)gan Weinidogion Cymru i’r awdurdod tai lleol, neu

(b)gan yr awdurdod tai lleol i Weinidogion Cymru.

(2)Ond ni all Gweinidogion Cymru wneud dyfarniad o dan yr adran hon ond pan fo is-adran (3) neu (4) yn gymwys.

(3)Mae’r is-adran hon yn gymwys os bu newid mewn unrhyw fater a gymerwyd i ystyriaeth wrth wneud—

(a)y dyfarniad mewn perthynas â’r taliad setlo neu gyfrifiad o dan y dyfarniad hwnnw, neu

(b)dyfarniad blaenorol o dan yr adran hon mewn perthynas â’r awdurdod tai lleol neu gyfrifiad o dan y dyfarniad hwnnw.

(4)Mae’r is-adran hon yn gymwys os yw Gweinidogion Cymru wedi eu bodloni y cafodd gwall ei ddwyn i ystyriaeth wrth wneud unrhyw benderfyniad neu gyfrifiad o’r math a grybwyllir yn is-adran (3).

(5)Caniateir amrywio neu ddirymu dyfarniad o dan yr adran hon gan ddyfarniad dilynol.
