2In section 21A (powers of land acquisition), in subsection (5)—

(a)omit the “and” at the end of paragraph (b);

(b)after paragraph (c) insert— “; and

(d)any strategic planning panel in whose strategic planning area the land, or any part of the land, is situated.”
