37Gofyniad ar awdurdod sy’n uno i ddarparu gwybodaeth i Weinidogion Cymru

Caiff Gweinidogion Cymru ei gwneud yn ofynnol i awdurdod sy’n uno ddarparu i Weinidogion Cymru unrhyw wybodaeth y mae Gweinidogion Cymru o’r farn ei bod yn briodol ei gwneud yn ofynnol ei darparu iddynt at ddibenion rhoi effaith i drosglwyddo swyddogaethau’r awdurdod sy’n uno i’r prif awdurdod lleol newydd ar gyfer y brif ardal newydd y mae ardal yr awdurdod sy’n uno i gael ei huno i’w chreu, neu fel arall mewn cysylltiad â hynny.

38Gofyniad ar awdurdod sy’n uno i ddarparu gwybodaeth i awdurdodau eraill

(1)Caiff Gweinidogion Cymru ei gwneud yn ofynnol i awdurdod sy’n uno ddarparu i gorff perthnasol unrhyw wybodaeth y mae Gweinidogion Cymru o’r farn ei bod yn briodol ei gwneud yn ofynnol i’r awdurdod sy’n uno ei darparu i’r corff perthnasol at ddibenion rhoi effaith i drosglwyddo swyddogaethau’r awdurdod sy’n uno i’r prif awdurdod lleol newydd ar gyfer y brif ardal newydd y mae ardal yr awdurdod sy’n uno i gael ei huno i’w chreu, neu fel arall mewn cysylltiad â hynny.

(2)Mae’r canlynol yn gyrff perthnasol—

(a)unrhyw awdurdod arall sy’n uno y mae ei ardal i gael ei uno i greu’r un brif ardal newydd;

(b)y pwyllgor pontio a sefydlwyd gan yr awdurdod sy’n uno ac awdurdod arall neu awdurdodau eraill sy’n uno;

(c)yr awdurdod cysgodol ar gyfer y brif ardal newydd.
