Paragraph 1 of Schedule 2 to the Local Government (Wales) Measure 2011 (membership of Panel) is amended as follows.

In sub-paragraph (1), for “five” substitute “not fewer than 3, and not more than 7,”.

Omit sub-paragraph (5) (employees of local authorities etc. not disqualified from membership).
