This section, section 15 and sections 17 and 20 come into force on the day after the day on which this Act receives Royal Assent.

Paragraph 28 of Schedule 6 comes into force on a day appointed by the Welsh Ministers in an order made by statutory instrument.

The remaining provisions of this Act come into force two months after the day on which this Act receives Royal Assent.

An order under subsection (2) may—
a
make transitory, transitional or saving provision;
b
appoint different days for different purposes.
