15Education (Scotland) Act 1996 (c.43)
In section 16 of the Education (Scotland) Act 1996 (accounts, records and audit of the Scottish Qualifications Authority)—
a
in subsection (3), the words “copies of” and “and the Comptroller and Auditor General” are repealed,
b
after that subsection insert—
3A
The Scottish Ministers shall send the statement of accounts to the Auditor General for Scotland for auditing.
c
subsection (4) is repealed.
