14Land Registration (Scotland) Act 1979 (c. 33)
In section 12(3) of the Land Registration (Scotland) Act 1979 after paragraph (k) there shall be inserted—

the loss is suffered by an adult within the meaning of the Adults with Incapacity (Scotland) Act 2000 (asp 4) because of the operation of sections 24, 53, 67, 77 or 79 of that Act, or by any person who acquires any right, title or interest from that adult;
