6In section 1 (the Land Court) of the Scottish Land Court Act 1993, in subsection (4)—
(a)the words “or sheriff” are repealed; and
(b)after “11” there is inserted “or on a part-time sheriff appointed under section 11A (appointment of part-time sheriffs)”.
