11Assistance by the Scottish Ministers

The Scottish Ministers may give such assistance as they think fit—
a
to the landlord, for the purpose of preserving the position pending the making of and agreement to the proposals,
b
to the landlord or a manager appointed under paragraph 8(1), for the purpose of carrying out any agreed proposals.

The Scottish Ministers may, in particular—
a
lend staff,
b
pay or secure the payment of the manager’s reasonable remuneration and expenses,
c
give such financial assistance as they think fit.
