6In section 13(8)(a) of the Employment Agencies Act 1973 (application of Act to Scotland), for the words from “any agency” to “1951” there is substituted “a nurse agency as defined in section 2(6) of the Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001 (asp 8)”.
