In section 19(8) of the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman Act 2002 (asp 11) (which restricts the purposes for which information obtained by the Ombudsman from the Information Commissioner may be disclosed)—
a
the words from “the Information Commissioner” to “Freedom of Information Act 2000 (c.36)” become paragraph (a); and
b
after that paragraph, there is inserted the word “or” and the following paragraph—
b
the Scottish Information Commissioner by virtue of section 63 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (asp 13),
