38Assistance to debtor
The sheriff clerk shall, if requested by the debtor—
a
provide the debtor with information as to the procedures available to him under any provision of this Part or Part 3 of this Act; and
b
assist the debtor in the completion of any form required in connection with any proceedings under any provision of this Part or Part 3 of this Act,
but the sheriff clerk shall not be liable for any error or omission by him in performing the duties imposed on him by this section.
