6Funding of the Commissioner

The Scottish Ministers may make grants to the Commissioner in respect of the Commissioner’s expenses.

Scottish Water must make to the Commissioner, in respect of the Commissioner’s expenses, payments of such amounts, and at such times, as the Scottish Ministers may direct.
