Eligibility for reappointment

5Subject to paragraph 3(3)(c) above, a person who ceases, otherwise than by virtue of section 23 of the Ethical Standards in Public Life etc. (Scotland) Act 2000 (asp 7), to be a member of the Commission is eligible for reappointment.
