10The Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001 (asp 8)
In section 77(1) of the Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001 (interpretation)—
a
in the definition of “independent hospital”, for the words from “is” to the end substitute “, subject to subsection (2) below, is not a health service hospital”; and
b
in the definition of “mental disorder”, for “Mental Health (Scotland) Act 1984 (c. 36)” substitute “Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003 (asp 13)”.
