Salmon conservation regulations

7The Scottish Ministers may make regulations under section 38 of this Act either—

(a)on an application to them by—

(i)any district salmon fishery board; or

(ii)where there is no such board in a salmon fishery district, two proprietors of salmon fisheries in that district; or

(b)otherwise.
