15In section 77 (short title and commencement)—
(a)in subsection (2)(a), for the words “63 to” there shall be substituted “64, 65,”; and
(b)in subsection (4)(a), for the words “and 47 to 49” there shall be substituted “, 47 to 49, 63 and 65A”.
