In the Teaching Council (Scotland) Act 1965, in Part I of Schedule 1 (constitution of the Council), in paragraph 1(9)(c), for the words from “with” to “(c.44))” substitute “having additional support needs within the meaning of the Education (Additional Support for Learning) (Scotland) Act 2004 (asp 4)”.
