Section 22 - Citation of witnesses for precognition

166.Section 22 inserts a new section 267A into the 1995 Act which re-enacts in an up-dated form section 67A of the 1995 Act. In particular, section 267A provides that the 1995 Act is sufficient warrant to cite for precognition and that citation shall be in the form prescribed by Act of Adjournal or as nearly as possible in such form.
