In section 24 (bail and bail conditions)—
a
in subsection (5)(a), at the end insert “or at which he is required by this Act to appear”,
b
after subsection (6) insert—
6A
Subsection (6) above does not apply in relation to an accused admitted to bail under section 65(8C) of this Act.
