An Act of the Scottish Parliament to make provision for the exercise of functions during vacancies in the offices of Lord President of the Court of Session and Lord Justice Clerk and the incapacity of the holders of those offices.

The Bill for this Act of the Scottish Parliament was passed by the Parliament on 15th June 2006 and received Royal Assent on 27th June 2006
