This Act may be cited as the Aquaculture and Fisheries (Scotland) Act 2007.

The provisions of this Act, except this section and sections 12 and 42 to 44, come into force on such day as the Scottish Ministers may by order appoint.

Different days may be appointed under subsection (2) for different purposes.
