35Prisoner to comply with licence conditions
Where a prisoner is released on licence by virtue of section 11(2), 13(2)(a), 19(1), 23(2)(a), 27(1) or 42(4)(a), the prisoner must, while the licence is in force, comply with the conditions included in the licence.
