52Publication of guidance and other information

The Commission may—
a
prepare and publish information and other materials; and
b
carry on any other activities,
that it considers appropriate for the purposes of informing and educating the public about the matters mentioned in subsection (2) below.

Those matters are—
a
the Commission’s functions;
b
the functions and, subject to section 56(1) of this Act, the activities of judicial officers; and
c
the law of and procedures and practice relating to diligence.
