7Resignation and removal of members

This paragraph applies to a member of the SCS appointed by the Lord President.

The member may resign office by giving notice in writing to the Lord President.

The Lord President may, by notice in writing, remove the member if satisfied that the member is unfit to be a member by reason of inability, neglect of duty or misbehaviour.
