Paragraph 2: Pension Fund
490.Article A3 of the 1999 pensions order specifies that the Order (and, therefore the scheme) will only apply until new legislation, made using the powers under section 81(3) the 1998 Act, comes into force. However, paragraph 2 ensures that the Pension Fund will continue by specifying that article B1 of the Order remains in force so far as it establishes the Pension Fund.
