SCHEDULE 1The Scottish Committee on Climate Change
3Period, and conditions, of appointment of members
1
Each member of the Committee is to be appointed for a period not exceeding 5 years.

A member holds and vacates office in accordance with the terms and conditions of appointment.
3
A member may resign office as a member of the Committee by giving written notice to the Scottish Ministers.
4
On ceasing to be a member, a person is eligible to be reappointed for one further period.
