11Annual reports by local authorities

In relation to each reporting period, a local authority must—
a
prepare a report on its performance of its functions in relation to parking places for disabled persons' vehicles during the reporting period,
b
publish the report, and
c
send a copy of the report to the Scottish Ministers.

Part 1 of the schedule makes provision for the content of a report prepared under subsection (1)(a).

The Scottish Ministers may by regulations make any modification to Part 1 of the schedule that they consider necessary or expedient.

The authority must perform its duties under subsection (1) within the period of three months beginning with the last date of the reporting period.
