  • “the Ethical Standards Act” means the Ethical Standards in Public Life etc. (Scotland) Act 2000 (asp 7),]

  • “the Parliament” means the Scottish Parliament,

  • “Parliamentary corporation” means the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body.
