(a)in each of subsections (1) and (4), for “23 or 65(8C)” substitute “23, 65(8C) or 107A(7)(b)”, and
(b)in subsection (3), for “22A(3) or 23(7)” substitute “22A(3), 23(7) or 107A(7)(b)”.
