In this Part, “information”, in relation to criminal proceedings relating to a person, means material of any kind given to or obtained by the prosecutor in connection with the proceedings.

In this Part, “information”, in relation to appellate proceedings, includes material of any kind given to or obtained by the prosecutor in connection with the appellate proceedings or the earlier proceedings.

In subsection (2)—

• “appellate proceedings” has the meaning given by section 132,

• “earlier proceedings” has the meaning given by section 133(5).
