In this Act—
“the 1894 Act” means the Heritable Securities (Scotland) Act 1894 (c. 44),
“the 1970 Act” means the Conveyancing and Feudal Reform (Scotland) Act 1970 (c. 35),
“the 1985 Act” means the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 1985 (c. 66).
