17(1)CHS may determine—
(a)its own procedure (including quorum), and
(b)the procedure (including quorum) of any of its committees.
(2)An area support team may determine—
(a)its own procedure (including quorum), and
(b)the procedure (including quorum) of any of its sub-committees.
