This Part has effect in relation to a child mentioned in subsection (2) with the modifications set out in subsections (3) to (5).

The child is a child in relation to whom a compulsory supervision order is in force.

References to an interim compulsory supervision order are to be read as references to an interim variation of the compulsory supervision order.

References to the sheriff directing the Principal Reporter to arrange a children’s hearing to decide whether to make a compulsory supervision order in relation to the child are to be read as references to the sheriff requiring a review of the compulsory supervision order.

Sections 98 and 99 do not apply.
