The Airdrie-Bathgate Railway and Linked Improvements Act 2007 is amended as follows.

In section 9(1) (registration of vested land), for “section 4 of the Land Registration (Scotland) Act 1979 (c.33)” substitute “Part 2 of the Land Registration etc. (Scotland) Act 2012 (asp 5)”.
