Anything done before the appointed day by or in relation to a police authority, a joint police board, the SPSA or the SCDEA in respect of an individual transferred under any of paragraphs 6 to 8 is to be treated on and after that day as having been done by or in relation to the Scottish Police Authority.

Anything done before the appointed day by or in relation to a chief constable of a police force or the Director General of the SCDEA in respect of an individual transferred under any of paragraphs 6 to 8 is to be treated on and after that day as having been done by or in relation to the chief constable of the Police Service.

Anything done before the appointed day by or in relation to a constable of a police force or a police member of the SCDEA in respect of an individual transferred under any of paragraphs 6 to 8 is to be treated on and after that day as having been done by or in relation to a constable of the Police Service.
