3(1)This schedule Part applies in relation to appointment of the legal members of the First-tier Tribunal other than—S

(a)a Chamber President in the Tribunal, or

(b)a Deputy Chamber President in the Tribunal.

(2)The references in this schedule Part to a legal member of the First-tier Tribunal are to be read accordingly.
