26(1)The Legal Services (Scotland) Act 2010 is amended as follows.S

(2)In section 58(3)(a) (conditions for disqualification)—

(a)the words “or undertaking” are omitted, and

(b)after the words “1985,” there is inserted “ the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 2016, ”.

(3)In section 64(3)(b) (factors as to fitness)—

(a)the words “or undertaking” are omitted, and

(b)after the words “1985,” there is inserted “ the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 2016, ”.
