36In section 245C (remote monitoring), in subsection (2)—

(a)after “offender” insert “—

(a)”, and

(b)at the end insert “, and

(b)shall not tamper with or intentionally damage the device or knowingly allow it to be tampered with or intentionally damaged.”.
