6.—(1) Subject to sub-paragraph (2), an agreement in force under Article 24(8)(a) of the 1985 Order immediately before the coming into operation of Article 34 has effect as a management agreement entered into under that Article.N.I.
(2) Article 35(1) does not apply in relation to an agreement entered into under Article 24(8)(a) of the 1985 Order.
