Coming into operation in accordance with regulation 1(1)
The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 2(2), 11(6), 74(3) and (5) of the Social Security (Northern Ireland) Order 1998(1), and sections 12(2), (3) and (4), 13(2), (4) and (6), 16, 16A(2) and 25(2) of the Welfare Reform Act (Northern Ireland) 2007(3).
These powers are exercisable by the Secretary of State by virtue of Article 4(1)(b) of the Welfare Reform (Northern Ireland) Order 2015.
