1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Plastic Materials and Articles in Contact with Food (Scotland) Regulations 2008, and come into force–
(a)for the purpose of regulation 26(c), on 1st July 2008, and
(b)for all other purposes, on 1st May 2008.
(2) These Regulations extend to Scotland only.
