195In section 1(4) (supply of goods and services), in the definition of " local authority", for the words from " has the meaning" onwards there shall be substituted the words " means a regional, islands or district council or any joint board or combination of those councils ".
196In section 2(2) (supplemental), for the words from " 199 " to " 1947 " there shall be substituted the words " 101 and 105 of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973 ".
