15(1)Any regulations under section 7 of the M1Mental Health Act 1959 in force immediately before 9th September 1968, shall, so far as they could be made under paragraph 2 of Schedule 8 to this Act, have effect as if so made.E+W+S
(2)Any institution provided under section 97 of the Mental Health Act 1959, or deemed to be so provided when that section came into force, shall be deemed to be provided in pursuance of section 4 above.
