17E+WIn section 12(3) of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976, for the words from “Building regulations” to “alteration; and” there is substituted “Subsections (1) and (2) above have effect subject to paragraph 11(2) of Schedule 1 to the Building Act 1984; and”.
