Children Act 1989

24In section 12(5)(b) of the Civil Evidence Act 1968 (findings of paternity etc. as evidence in civil proceedings -meaning of “relevant proceedings”) for sub-paragraph (iv) there shall be substituted—

“(iv)paragraph 23 of Schedule 2 to the Children Act 1989.”
