7In section 22 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (traffic regulation orders in special areas), in subsection (1)(a)(iv), after the word “Commission” there shall be inserted the words “or the Countryside Council for Wales” and, in subsection (4), for the words from “or” in the first place it appears to “may”, in the second place it appears, there shall be substituted “, the Countryside Council for Wales and the Countryside Commission for Scotland may each”.
